On the road again....finally!

The Roadrunners were pretty much parked for the year of 2020, with all activities cancelled. Several members were able to travel individually, but not as a group.

Finally in late April, several of us made the trip to Bodega Bay for a few days. It was so good to re-connect in person. Earl graciously cooked burgers for us all on the first night to start the rally off. We enjoyed the waterside campsites at Westside Park very much and had perfect spring weather. Of course, that means a little cool at the beach, but no complaints.

A couple of hearty souls joined a charter fishing trip and brought back limits as well as a few dungeness crab. Most of us explored the area, hiked the headlands and enjoyed some local seafood. Nightly happy hour gatherings were the time to share ideas on what to see and to just enjoy eachother's company. Everyone seemed to be very happy to be back on the road, and are looking forward to our next rally in Red Bluff.
